Ticket Terms
Last updated
These terms are demo content for the fictional festival Marram. Replace them with your own.
Tickets
Prices include tax and booking fees. Payment is taken by Stripe when you book, and you get a confirmation by email. Show it at the gate to collect your wristband; a wristband is your ticket for the whole festival and can’t be replaced if you cut it off.
Refunds and changes
Tickets can be refunded until 1 June of the festival year, minus a small fee. After that you can pass your ticket on: email us the new name before the festival. If the festival is cancelled, every ticket is refunded in full.
On site
Children under 12 come free with a paying adult. The programme can change; set times on the programme page are always current. Please follow the crew’s directions and the rules of the nature reserve.
